Description

Holding Her Story is a six-session companion pathway for betrayed partners who are preparing for, moving through, or integrating a formal therapeutic disclosure. This work supports you emotionally, somatically, spiritually, and narratively before, during, and after disclosure/polygraphs—without facilitating, reviewing, or interpreting the disclosure itself. The focus is on safety, dignity, regulation, voice, and wise meaning-making.
