Coaching is a professional relationship designed to help you gain clarity, explore your story, identify goals, and move toward growth and healing. My role is to provide guidance, support, and narrative-based reflection so that you can take empowered steps forward in your life.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychiatric treatment.


  • I am not a licensed mental health professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, attorney, or financial advisor.


  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, addictions, or medical issues.


  • Coaching does not substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice.


If at any time your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I may recommend referral to a licensed therapist, physician, or other qualified professional.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results during and after coaching.


You agree to seek appropriate professional support (medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc.) as needed.


You understand that coaching is a partnership, and meaningful progress requires your participation, honesty, and effort.

All information shared in coaching sessions will remain private and confidential, with the following exceptions required by law:


If there is risk of harm to yourself or others.


If there is suspected abuse of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult.


If records are subpoenaed by a court of law.
